Karen E Drennen

Karen E. Drennen, author of children's book, An Answered Prayer, and Christian Fiction novel, Elkanah’s Promise, grew up in east central Ohio, and currently resides with her husband in northeastern Ohio. Loving God and family is first in Karen’s life. It was a love for God’s Word that led her to complete a Master’s Degree in Christian Ministry and a Master’s Degree in Practical Theology. This education, combined with her experience as a registered nurse (now retired) has laid the foundation for both her current career as a hospice chaplain and her writing career. When not working, Karen enjoys spending time with her husband and family.
